Bonn Metal Construction Industries LLC (BMCI), a division of Bonn Group, is a leading manufacturer of cable management systems, including cable trays, ladders, and industrial accessories. 01. UX Discovery & Wireframing

We kicked off with strategic UX workshops to understand user needs and business objectives. This informed wireframes that balanced intuitive navigation, product clarity, and lead-focused interactions, designed for both procurement heads and technical buyers.

02. UI Design & Visual Alignment

The user interface was designed to reflect BMCI’s legacy and industry credibility, clean, authoritative, and responsive. Our design maintained visual synergy with the existing offline branding while modernizing the digital aesthetic for today’s buyers.

03. Web Development & Performance Engineering

Built on a scalable and secure architecture, the new website is optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-device usability. We emphasized a mobile-first approach, ensuring seamless performance whether viewed by a site engineer or a procurement lead.

04. Technical & Content SEO

We conducted a full-site SEO overhaul, from metadata structuring and schema implementation to keyword-aligned content. Post-launch, continuous content optimization and performance monitoring ensured steady gains in search visibility.

05. Google Search Campaigns

Precision-targeted paid campaigns on Google were launched to boost visibility for high-intent keywords. A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages led to higher CTRs and better cost-efficiency, improving qualified lead acquisition.

CRM Automation
To streamline inbound leads, we implemented CRM integration and automation workflows. Custom forms fed directly into BMCI’s sales pipeline, triggering email responses, alerts, and tracking, creating a seamless experience from Click on Ad to Website visit to conversion.
